Oats Dosa

Had a box of Old fashioned oats, that too whole grain, some how wanted to finish that. Oats dosa was the only recipe that came to my mind. Believe me it turned out good.

Ingredients:
Urid dhal - 3/4 cup
Idli rice  - 1 cup
Old fashioned oats - 3 cups ( I used 100% whole grain, old fashioned oats)
Fenugreek - 1/8 tsp

Method:

soak urid dhal,rice and fenugreek seeds together for atleast 6 hours. 
Just 30 to 45 minutes before grinding soak the Oats separately. 
Grind all together to a fine batter.


Add needed salt.
Ferment overnight or for atleast 8 to 10 hrs.
Make think dosa's asusual.

Yummy, Crunchy and Healthy dosa is ready!


Note: The Batter was little thinner than the regular dosa batter.
